Has anybody ever replaced there rubber cone`s for the springs you can get http://hometown.aol.com/_ht_a/design...tic1/home1.htm & do they work?
It would be nice to get a nice smooth ride when your driving down south etc to the big shows. There seem to be plenty of shocks & kits to make your mini handle better and rattle your teeth out but would be nice to not hit the roof when you go over a cats eye
Cheers Deano

"We've just had coil springs fitted that replace the rubber springs (not coil-overs). I'm really impressed with them. You still get the feel of a mini and the handling, but you also get a MASSIVE improvement in ride quality. If you fit adjustable shocks (we've got GAZ 36 way) then you can set the ride as firm / soft as you like.
The kit was from Minitastic in Cheltenham who have developed it over the previous months. Compared with the quality of other kits its in another league, particularly the spring platforms which can be a real weakness on the others."
lovin the look of power steering tho mite have to get maself some if its good enuf!
