Hi!

My Dad had the engine out over the summer to overhaul it after it went round the clock and improve acceleration, but ever since the bonnet has vibrated noisily when stationary, it's doing my head in! Any suggestions? It's a 1995 sprite.

Thanks!

Is it a loose behind the Wheel? (Joke)
It often happens after taking bonnet off.
It's usually a slight adjustment is needed here and there. Or maybe something hasn't been put back as low as it should (air filter) If it still doesitby the time the 6th Dec bring it up to the Red Lion and one of us:) will sort it for you

I thought it would be something simple like that. but I don't want my Dad doing it again - every time he's done anything recently he's scratched the paint! Grrrr!
Gives me a incentive to come to the meeting doesn't it?!

I recently had this problem, it was cured by fitting the rubber strip back behind the inside the bonnet where the lip for holding the front grille is spot welded on, if that makes sense!

Seem to remember something like that with the red one of mine Deano! however, the bonnet flew off on that one! on the A55, does help if you remember to put the nuts back on when you replace the bonnet! oops! lol
