Hello and welcome Zinardi. I have an auto mini, its not bad around town but painfull on the motorway etc so can understand why you want to change it. Its not a massive problem you need engine gearbox and front subframe as they are all different. As far as im aware original engine cant be converted so its a case of finding another mini and changing front subframe with engine and gearbox from a manual to the auto.
you will also need clutch pedal slave master cylinder etc so its quite alot of work let me know how you get on.
