SPOTTED... 1 doddy tsn in eastham, unfortunately me and ian were sat outside his house (didnt' realise 'till he came out!) charlie decided to stop there! no real reason apart from some monkey in her past has decided that the ignition circuits could be held together by some dodgy household screw-in connectors! never mind tho, getting sorted now!
good to meet you mate, we'll see you at the next meeting!

the wires that come from the starter solonoid had corroded and at some point in her life some monkey had used household screw terminals to stick them back together and then wrapped the whole lot in some material! needless to say that the connectors came off and so did my ignition current! also while i was there found another live wire just hanging there when it had split, connected that up and now that 'phantom' fan on the front left wing works! :D proper learning curve!
