Err.. hello everybody, i'm 34 years of age, 6'2" and have just bought my first mini!!
my mate's always been into them and i have been more into classic fords, but with prices for them skyrocketing, i was priced out of getting one, so on my friends advice, and the fact they're pretty cheap, i bought a mini clubman.
I've already ripped the interior out ready for some welding and am looking forward to getting stuck into it.
My mate hasn't joined this forum yet,but i'm sure he will soon, and we intend on being out and about in the cars soon , so hopefully will meet some of you soon.
cheers for now.
Siano :)

hi there and welcome
sounds like you will not need to put the drivers seat back in mate........:) thats one less job anyway and be carefull that you do'nt get stuck in for real :) good luck with your clubman.
my first car was a mrk 2 escort..... minis are more fun, your mate gives good advice.

...thanx for your welcome. I found this site from a link on the mini-metros website (that spares firm in warrington your probably all familiar with!!) also found minifinity but this one was based closer, by closer, i mean up north !! I think your probably right about the mini, we towed it back to my house and even then it felt just like a go kart !! I'm gonna try and post a few pictures in the gallery section, so you could have a look there and please let me know what you think, like i said, i'm a complete novice when it comes to mini's and would value your opinions. i'm thinking stripped out racer look with a couple of bucket seats and some big arches with 13" minilites or revolutions on !! whadya reckon ??
