you will strech a 195 45 13 over I think LOL !!!
Ive put many a 175 50 13 on 8's so I think you shouldnt really have a problem.

chrz man yeah i thort id have to strecth them abit but thats fine. quite low profile on them too i like it. where did you get your tyres for yours 8's?

195's are unfortunatly only made by conti now,Huddersfield keep them in stock mate.
I beleave theres also a trader that sells them on flebay.
