He means the banner you plonker!
he he...... i did mean the banner kaye.
but hey, my message was'nt very clear.
it looks like you have kept your mini studio 2 standard tonyelf, she does you proud mate and looks good in the nordic blue. i just thought the colour of the banner would look good on a custom mini.
i love minis me

I got the sail material from Aberkann or however you spell it! It's fluourecent yellow (could make some funky coats out of it I suppose!) The letters are in blue which probably gives it greenish tint?? and yes it could a colour for a mini. It would really make it stand out, make it easy to find in a car park of minis?
By the way, Ive bought some more material to make another. Any comments for improving the banner anyone?

Nah. Sorry Mate no can do.My marriage was in danger making the first one!
Mind you , we made it from scratch, I purchased a windsock pole from Harringtons fishing section! about 7 quid (yes it is a 5M fishing rod!)
The letters were blown up three times their original size traced onto blue sail type nylon material then cut by hand, took about three hours just to do that!
It then took about four hours to stitch them on( each is stitched all round as I couldn't find an adhesive good enough) All in all,it took about a a week (and about ten arguments!) will have to see how long it takes with the new one, should be quicker not having to thing how are we going to do that? at each stage. Oh! and don't forget the pen stop at the top, stops the rod poking through!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway thanks for the compliments, very much appreciated!!

Forgot to tell you about the new game of twister which the wife and I invented, well almost! Ever tried sewing on a machine with another person trying to guide the material round at the same time? on the kitchen table as well !!!!!!!!!!! I'll leave the rest to your filthy minds!!
