Sorry, non mini ad this time, anyway here goes....

16v ABF 150bhp

This is a cracking little car, gerat fun to drive,no mechanical faults whatsoever, just needed a cv boot and a couple of bulbs for it's mot.
It is totally standard, stock exhaust etc, well cared for and un-thrashed.
FULL VW stamped service history up to just over 100,000,now showing 143,000
This car is used every day for work/school runs and is ultra-reliable with a good "solid" feel to it.
Electric windows
Electric mirrors
Electric tilt/slide sunroof
Alloy wheels(vw)
Central locking
power steering
JVC face-off CD Player
Work just done includes full service with...
Air filter (replaced with K@n panel filter in standard airbox)
Spark plugs
HT Leads
Brake pads and disks
Oil and filter change (Shell 10w/30)
Previous owner fitted 4 matching tyres costing almost £400
Genuine reason for sale.I bought this car in January from a feature writer for a motorsport magazine.I love the car to bits but our family has just discovered camping. We have bought a folding camper and need an estate car.Today i picked up a Peugeot 406 estate so the golf is now surplus as i can't afford to keep both
Good points - As mentioned, plus bodywork and paint - absoulutely outstanding,no rust bubbles, accident repairs etc.Very clean (quite amazing for it's age actually)
Interior - Charcoal and coloured fleck - Again outstanding all round, even the seat bolsters are un-worn.VW mats fitted.
Bad points - paint has started to craze across rear bumper.
If you were a real perfectionist you would probably replace part of the trim on one side.
Originally up for £995
Offers please,nothing silly,I've turned down £500
A damn good car for a bargain price.
