Does anyone have a set of plans to build a frame so I can tilt the shell on my Mini?

So far I have seen three different types, the one that puts a bar through the car, one that attaches to the subframe mounts, and one that attaches to the hubs and rolls the body on extarnal rails. Anything like this will do.

Hope someone can help,

Tony

Welcome to the Forum, It's my elf thats on Deano's Frame. It's good, easy to roll, uses the cars wheel nuts(wheels have to come off ),gives great access, we even found it dead easy to put the bottom two flywheel housing bolts back while on its side!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure wether you can get plans for the set up. Try CJ Autos Ltd(Heywood Lancs) Tele 01706 367649 or 07831 181293 I think they are on the Web. Price is somewhere in region of £360 you will get that back when you sell it on. All the best

Just found CJ Autos web address it's www.cjautos.org.uk and the price in August Classic Car Mart is £340 and you don't need lifting device if you have one or two mates to hand!

PS I can measure it up and give you basic measurements ect if you're stuck!
