hello out there
need help with barkes on my 81 mini hl
pedal just goes to floor checked all wheel cyclinders and dont seem to be any leaks could it be the master cyclinder or can it be something else

Sounds like they are in need of bleeding.

FAULT CAUSE CURE
Excessive brake pedal travel
1. Brakes need adjusting or replacement. 1. Adjust or renew brake shoes.
2. Air in system. 2. Bleed hydraulic system.
3. Leaking or contaminated fluid. 2. Bleed hydraulic system.
4. Faulty master cylinder. 4. Fit new master cylinder

Hello Again
Did Bleed Brakes But Made No Differnce
If You Pump Pedal Goes Firm Then Just Goes Again
Will Check The Adjustment And Shoes Tho

Could be a few things
Brake pipe leaking rubber brake pipe balooning crack in the drums master cylinder seals gone.
Hope you fin d it mini brakes are a nightmare
