Hello Peeps
Jackie ( 21 ) and Mark ( 33 ) here. We have recently purchased a new Mini One 02 plate and are loving the lifestyle that the Mini brings with it.
We hacve the union jack roof decal, bonnet stripes and union jack mirrors. We have recently purchased some excellent rear lights and look forward to having them fit soon.
Can anybody keep us posted on Mini events etc over the coming months?

Hi jackie, welcome to the site, we are having a meeting on the 2nd of august (wed) at the sir gawain and green knight in connahs quay, if you would like to come along and meet some fellow miniaddicts and will be glad to fill ya in on the upcoming mini events, the biggest one we have coming up is mini in the park on the 20th august

We have a few events lined up and as Siano says, we're off to Mini In the Park in August, your more than welcome to come and join us.

We meet up every month (1st Wed) in Connahs Quay at the Sir Gawain and the Green Knight pub, (Ask for directions if needed),
We are not a "Stuffy" members club, just a group of friends with and interest in minis.
Feel free to look through the rest of the site, hope to see you along at one of the events soon.

im trying to get a babysitter for the children so we can come down and the 1st stand i will be heading for is YOU GUYS :D
AND then try and find anyone who can sort this flipping flipfront out for me :confused: though i must say it has now been primered and looks better, he is on about folding the a panal flat to make it fit???? :confused:

WOW!! thx guys for such a warm welcome, you people rule!
We live in Cheshire so i doubt we'll be able to make any meetings just yet although the 20th August event sounds like a real possibilty.
Whereabouts is connahs quay?
This site is really good, we never realised that there were so many like-minded folks out there, so glad you are though.
We only have access to the web while at work so please be patient if we don't reply quickly.
We are not in work until a week on Wednesday now as we are having a well earned rest, so we'll be checking poasts again tomorrow some-time from our local library.

Hello. Connahs Quay is not far from Queensferry or Flint. Depending on which way you are coming from. Its in Deeside. Fairly easy to find. There is a college just over the way from where we meet which may be on the map Deeside College. That might give you a rough idea of where we get together. :)

AA.com will show you a route section if you look on the site and type in "Golftyn Lane, Connahs Quay" you should pick us up. Basically if your coming to North Wales, we're sat just over the border on the right! lol:p
If your up for joining us on the 20th, let Kaye know and she'll put you on the list.

Deano and myself set up the MA club back in March this year as we had found a few like minded people in the area and it's just taken off with members from as far away as the South Coast!

aAs we stand at the moment its 14 fully paid up members however we are sending out around 5 membership forms a month at the mo so membership is growing stedily, considering we only started in March with 2! we are quite happy and with a growing community on the forum/website we're growing at a rate we can be proud of, would be great to see you along some time and we can prove we really are a "joint" mini club, one of the club rules is that, "No-ones car is better than anyone elses" and this goes for classics and beemers, we all love our cars regardless.
Hope to have a few more members soon from the BMW community.

copy and paste the form off there onto word fill it it and send it to the address on the bottom, hope thats of help to you, will email you one as well :)
