Okay,
I've been lurking on here for a while, since being invited to the forum by Tony. I have a photo gallery of my build on Flickr, here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/briansmart/sets/72157607240897655/
The car's been at Mini Tec getting the full works since August. They just rolled it out today for the first time for some quick road testing, and I added a short video clip to my photo gallery. Got a few more tweaks to get it set up and then I'll have it back to put some serious miles on it this year to all the Mini 50 events in the states.

I just realized that I already posted in the Introductions section. Oh, well now it's twice as easy to find.;)

I've got a pair of leather Mazda Miata (MX-5 in Europe) seats that I'm dyeing Tartan Red to match my interior.
Got them all pulled apart and started coloring them today. Here's the first seat base done, with a before picture.
I think they're going to turn out really nice.

I'll be picking up my S.T.Elf on Friday the 13th. They're just finishing the AC plumbing and connecting the Cable X speedo box. (As I'm keeping the mechanical clock.) And yes, the car is getting AC. I do live in South Carolina after all. I've posted a few new pics and a video clip of the first powered roll-out. I wish I could bring it over and show it off, but I suppose you'll have to be content with the pictures unless you come over here and check it out. I plan to have it at as many Mini50 events as I can manage.
