Inner Rear Wheel arches!

Hey Guys/Girls
Does any out there have any experiance or knowlage in how to fit inner rear wheel arches? I have the Bonus of Space being its a van but i'm still not 100% sure on how to tackle it.
Any Thoughts?

never done one on a van but probly alot easier will post more info when im back off my holls (in web cafe @5ppm)
