Front brake muddle up!!

HI, quick story, my dad has a 1971 Bond bug which uses mini brakes. To pass the MOT we had to re bleed the brakes and adjust them, but heres the story, the bleed nipple and adjusters were siezed. So we purchased knew brakes from minisport the rear brake kits and the front brake from the left hand front wheel. Due to rebuilding my mini we didnt have time to fit them so we got a local reliant place to fitt them. He phoned us up and said only the 127 cylinders fit on the plate the 126's are for the right hand, so we sent them back. Tom from minisport phoned us up saying that you need one of both for each side. We didnt know what was correct. The problem came about when we had bled the brakes 5 times and the pedal was still traveling to the end then when pushed again it went solid!!

Can anyone advise us whats wrong??
