Mini Gearbox

Hi ...I have a 2001 MINI cooper bought it in February 60k on the clock fsh and in vgc, just recently I have noticed unusual noises and I think that it is coming from the gearbox but I am not sure, the best way to describe the sound is drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr........ it doesnt do it when idling however....

could be anything, minis can make all sorts of noises...

you need to start poking arround, and see what you can find.
