gradual water loss

hi, i've been losing water at about a pint a week. i can obviously see where it's coming from.

temperature is good, it stays below middle nearly all the time. ther heather is warm.

i think the leak, (if that's what it is) is too slow to spot by just looking. also with the current weather it's quite difficult to see.

there is no apparent leaking into the oil. there is no white gunge and the engine is running sweet.

i wonder if anyone has any hints they would recommend?

i have the same prob mostly when left over night found out the other day on looking under car on a dry day (not to many of them ) and its from the rad slow leak wet under car on sub frame and round bottom of the rad

You can get a small weep from the water pump whe its on its way out usually leaves a brown stain on the water pump.

Ive also had trouble with rad caps too letting water out when hot.

There`s allways a chance the head gasket has gone :(

mine was the water pump gasket.... the new water pump I put on didn't have a flat mating surface... a file sorted that out. I could only see the leak with the car running.
