Does anybody know how to upgrade the software on the factory fitted sat nav in a 2002 mini.I have a copy of the latest software but need help on where it goes.

I think a visit to your nearest MINI service garage is the best way to go. It will probably have to be connected up to their computor, I may be wrong (as I sometimes am) but best talking to their Service manager first. You could upset other things like the engine management system etc.Your other problem is getting hold of the correct connecting plug if you want to do it yourself.
