My cooper failed its MOT today :( !! It failed on the following:
i) loose steering column
ii) Broken exhaust hanger and rubber
iii) Floor catches missing for front seats
iv) Both front top ball joints
v) Passenger side cv boot
vi) Passenger side steering gaitor
vii) Drivers side track rod ends
...and a few other things that i could fix. I got quoted £400 for the above work.Is this reasonable? because i dont think it is. As i'm not capable of fixing it myself and new to the mini world, does anyone know of any local (live nr Mold) garages that could possibly give me a reasonable quote and who is also willing to work on a mini.
