best thing i can think of if you've got contaminated fuel is to drain your petrol tank and fuel system then refil it with good stuff. also check around the petrol cap that it seals properly as that could be were the water has come from! hope this helps!
cheers and welcome to miniaddicts

IF you have a HS carb and not a HIF you can just take the top of the float bowl off and clean the petrol/water mix out but be careful not to get it everywhere you don't want any fire's....
and also if you damage the float bowl gasket you will need a new one but they are only cheap

All you need to do is first find where the water is coming from. And sort that out. Then remove the fuel line and drain the petrol out. Remove the fuel line from the carb and turn the engine over until thereis no fuel coming out. I would then feed the carb with some fuel and start the engine. Until it stops. Reconnect the fuel lines and put new petrol into the tank. Then start the engine hopefully you should have got rid of all the water.
