i have just bought a set of hi lo's and gaz adjustable dampers, however i now see they also do lowered ride height dampers as well. How low can i go using these dampers or am i better off changing them 4 the lower ones??

If you Emailed the Damper Manufacturers & ask them They will tell you as they all have different specs etc.

you could raise your damper mounts up on the front and raise the towers in the boot so you keep the full suspension travel whilst having a lower ride height, something the max power brigade dont think about when they lower there cars and wonder why the ride quality is poor.
cheers
