front bushes?

hi guys,just wondered if any 1 cud give us any advice on whether new front tie bar bushes wud push my front wheel back enough 2 stop my front wheel catching the front panel when on full lock and when im reversing, it only catches slightly coz of the bit bigger tyres iv put on it,but the bushes look worn and av split so i know they wud need changing anyway so just wondering if this wud cure this problem aswell! cheers E!:)

Well the bushes are designed to give the correct geometery and the tie-bar bushes also help under braking.... so its worth changing them but I wouldn't use them to re-jig things to get the wheels to fit, I think most people have to cut the arches to get bigger wheels to fit.
