nocking noise

when driving along and u take your foot off the accelorater u can hear the engine nocking and can feel a vibration through the pedles when it does it also when i am going over speed bumps it always nocks like its rocking back and fourth. could this be a worn bottom engine mount or broken one?

sounds more like the top engine mounts the one that is from the engine to the bulkhead on the cluch side try grabing the rocker cover and move the engine back an forward and look at the bushes if theres movement in them replace both sets the bulkhead and engine side they are only bout a pound a set from lvw by me or send off for poly bush ones they will last a lot longer hope this helps :D
