Well my temp gauge is 3/4 up, and noticed my water level was down so I topped it up, and noticed it was going straight through and onto the floor!!!

Its getting pressure tested a.s.a.p. but is there any places on the radiator or near it (I.E) hose's. that have common faults with them.

Thanks Andy

on one of the runs we had, brian's 998 blew the joint off the bottom hose.
or it could be your bypass hose?? have you had someone else pour the water in and look were it's coming out of???
hope you get it sorted soon mate! :D

It's more often that it's somewhere it can't be seen and are hard to find because it often has to be at full pressure to find it and that means when it's HOT ! so be careful .
Your best bet is to look for the leak when its cold obviously and to use a torch (if nec) and a inspection mirror (on a telescopic rod) or pinch an old one off your dentist! Good luck that. Hope you don't have to take radiator off etc but if you do, you may as well renew all hoses as they may well be all of the same age?
whilst the rad is off give it a reverse flush untill water runs clean.

It had the pressure test and water was leaking through the water pump, so its being replaced and seems to be working fine now.
