Chester Lord Mayor Parade (LMP)

I have heard a whisper that the event is "on" for 21st July 2007

I am awaiting a reply from the organiser.

The theme is "Ancient Chester" and on those lines Ladyelf has suggested the following.

The minis are our "Chariots of Fire" Does this sound OK? Any other suggestions?

So please do make a note in your diaries, calendars, Tie knots in your knickers (if you wear em) handkerchiefs (if you can afford em) or what ever!

We need to make a BIGGER impression than last year and that is going to hard to beat !:D :D

It,s a mini club! you could try dressing yours up as a mini! You may have a mini by then......hopefully (incidently I think the answer to your question is no. sorry, but you are welcome to walk alongside with a collecting bucket like three of us did last year when I did'nt have Elle):cool:

i ended up walking it last yr!!!! think it will be the same this yr too :rolleyes: you could always try get a passenger seat in a mini! surely if ya spk t ian nicely enough lol!! if not walking with bucket it is lol!!! or if ya good at taking piccys ya could always be the photographer of the day lol!!!

Thanks to everyone there & Thank you for all the hard effort put into the costume`s and cage build:) it was a great day lots of attention for the club.
Wirral Minis turned up with two mini`s so they came in with us behind K33THS Bmw Mini:p
