Top quality video lads, well done, certainly taught me how to do them, like the trick with the grinding paste, makes a lot of sense when you think about it. !:)

Great video, just repaced my top & bottom ball joints, took all evening but they're a great fit now.
One small query, I had to face approx 10 thou off the top cups to get me into range for shimming, this was not down to over zealous use of the grinding paste as they were have the same with ones that had not had the grinding paste treatment..is this normal or were they just a cheap set of ball joints?
When I stripped the ball joints there was a thin washer under the top of the bottom cup on each side, I don't think this is normal.
Anyway everythings together, as I mentioned earlier a great fit, nice & smooth, not tight and no play!
Tomorrow.. drive flanges & discs!

There weren't any washers under the cups on my hubs???

Yes, I thought it was a bit odd, this is what prompted me to have a look at the video. Everything was OK with the hub....just needed a bit taking off the cups.
Drive flanges machined, have decided to replace the retaining bolts as I don't know whether the right ones were fitted, ahh, the joys of buying stuff 2nd hand. I'll never learn!!

I got the hubs second hand and was told but the seller tat they were ready to fit (They came with the drive shafts on) Whe Mark and I started striping them w could undo the CV nut by HAND !!!
