You could do with a shock absorber mounting like they use at football matches. canera man can run ,jump up and down and the trapezoidal (not the right word but it sounds good!) contraption keeps camera almost still. Prob too big for in car but I think you will n#know what I mean.:)

steady cam mounts are very hard to make and expensive to buy... there are a few DIY designs on the web, if you google. I have fount that mounting the cam as firm as poss give the best results but then it depends how hard the cars suspension is.... you can buy bullet cams which are very small and connect to a mini Mpeg recorder, these are again mounted firm but because to the weight you can use suction cups and get out side shots with is on you door etc... not that I've been looking:D

[quote]5) When is a driver allowed to use a hand-held phone?
There is an exception for calls to 999 or 112 in a genuine emergency where it would be unsafe or impractical to stop.
Using 2-way radio equipment when driving is not a specific offence. Remember that a conversation could still distract from the concentration needed to drive safely. If you do not have proper control, then the police can still take action.[quote]
so states u can use "two way radio" as long as you are in control of the car
