Febuary Snowdon & Curry Run

Well what a brilliant day again to bring the minis out and in some of the most picturesque scenery wales has to offer.
I managed to catch up with the convoy at penmaenmawr as i was late leaving today but got ahead for a few snaps en route to Caernarfon.

We finally arrived at Morrisons car park in Caernarfon and met up with the Snowdon Mini's Crew

After a good look arond everyones cars we headed up to Woodys & Icemans Gaff for a look arond their amazing workshops and the ongoing projects.

After a while we set off over to Beddgelert but unfortunately Brians Newly fitted Exhaust decided come off the rear hanger but in true miniaddicts style it wasnt long before it was all fixed up and of to go again:D

few more miles up the road.....up a mountain, in the middle of no-were.... some small clouds of white smoke... seemingly from the offending exhaust....
couple more corners and we (driving behind Brian) can see that it was pouring from his front wheel arches......

Sorry i never made it had a really late nite on sat and never woke up in time to get down to northop, Will try harder to get on the next run... Looks like you all had a great time anyway

I don't think its the camera Ian, I noticed most of the shots were towards the sun causing the camera to shut down a stop or two. Try pointing down slightly before taking the shot. that keeps the aperture more or less in right setting,:)

the ones wer i didnt have the sun in was poor and looksed rubish but checked the camera setting earlier and had it set up very wrong so next time wil be better

Aaron was behind me on the Curry run(remember him?) sad news he had an accident last week.......he's ok shaken but not stirred..... such is his love for Minis....he just bought a Clubby :) Weheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!

Crikey ive seen some smashed up mini`s but thats one of the worst ive ever seen hope he`s ok :eek: people think mini`s are not to strong but if he got out of that ok it did its job.

He's fine! And so are his leather heated seats (out of a KA) too! but the rest is 'kaputen!' lol . He told me a wall came out of nowhere!..he has a wicked sense of humour! :) When he saw it he moved his legs and feet up on the seat and saved them so! It was a notorious bend and it was a wet night.....but I have seen Aaron's Clubby and he is more enthustiastic than ever :) He's a warrior!
