That's Foxy's boyfriend's car. His name's Brett, and that's his personal plate. He also had it on their X-reg Rover Classic which is why it looks like her car cuz she used to post pics of their classic with that number plate.

Also in case you wondered the archery target was a special addition for the show, not a regular decal!! Hehe.
