J177*** black mini parked up at tesco on whitegate drives petrol station forecourt because I parked next to it. The driver was female slim and black short hair.
I think its the same woman that waved at me a week before in blackpool town centre??
Also saw a red mini K404*** parked up at rosendale interiors near the big asda (supermarket) on cherry tree road.
And anorther C reg mini going down whitegate drive on sunday
